Orders and Shipments

Shipment

Intes Spa guarantees a fast and efficient service in the production, shipping and delivery.

Orders will be processed from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5.00 pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

We guarantee shipment of the product within 7 working days from receipt of payment, to be performed choosing among one of the alternative methods proposed on the site.

For shipments on the national territory the Seller will deliver the goods by Express Courier, with a delivery time of between 2 and 5 days starting from the moment in which the on-line sales contract is finalized. Shipments outside the national territory shall be performed in 5 to 7 working days.

The shipping terms are to be intended as indicative and not exhaustive: any delays in delivery of the goods do not entitle the Consumer or the Professional Buyer to terminate the finalized on-line sales contract or to obtain reimbursements.

Goods travel at the Consumer or Professional Buyer’s risk, therefore no responsibility can be charged to the Seller for any damage caused to the goods during transport or in case of theft of the goods already delivered to the Carrier.

The Seller shall deliver the products purchased by the Buyer according to the method selected by the Buyer during the purchase. Deliveries cannot be made to post office boxes, but only to actual addresses; in case of unavailability of the recipient or the person authorized to receive the products, the courier will contact the customer by telephone at the number indicated at the time of purchase, to arrange a new delivery.

RETURN POLICY

Intes Spa wishes to guarantee complete customer satisfaction, having clients fully satisfied with the purchased product, but in some circumstances, you may wish to return it. We shall try to treat your returns as quickly as possible.

Pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract.

The Consumer withdrawing from the on-line sales contract shall be reimbursed of all payments made to the Seller, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller is informed about the decision to withdraw from this on-line sales contract. These reimbursements will be carried out using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, no costs will be incurred as a result of such reimbursement.

The reimbursement may be withheld until receipt of the goods or until the Consumer supplies evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. If the Consumer has received the goods covered by the on-line sales contract he/she is required to return the goods or deliver them to INTES SpA. - Via Fratelli Kennedy 15 - Novedrate (Co), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which the Consumer has communicated his/her withdrawal from the present on-line sales contract. The deadline is met if the goods are returned before the end of the 14-day period.

The consumer only bears the direct cost of returning the goods. The actual cost of the return will in any case be linked to the method of return chosen by the consumer (for example the carrier or type of shipping). The consumer is solely responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. With the receipt of the communication with which the Consumer communicates the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the parties (Seller and Consumer) are dissolved by mutual contractual obligations, except as provided in relation to the obligations of the Consumer and the Seller mentioned above.

Defective products

We always do our best to ensure that the product is delivered to you in the best conditions. If, however, a delivered product is defective, Intes Spa will repair it or replace it partially or totally with an identical product or having similar characteristics - after verification of the defect -. We will organize the collection of the defective product and delivery of the repaired or replaced product by express courier.

Product not in compliance with the order

In case of receipt of a product not in compliance with the order, we kindly ask you to inform us promptly of your desire to withdraw from the sales contract and, in any case, no later than 14 working days from receipt of the goods. In this case Intes Spa will cancel the order and reimburse the cost of the purchased product, using the same payment means used by you for the initial transaction within 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the sales contract. In this case, Intes Spa will organize the collection of the noncompliant product by express courier.

Exclusions of the Consumer's right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded in case of:
  • the supply of tailor-made or clearly customized goods;
  • the supply of goods that risk deteriorating or quick expiration;
  • the supply of sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery.
  • the supply of goods whose nature, after delivery, result inseparably mixed with other goods;
  • the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software that have been opened after delivery;

It is always recommended to ship the Products to be returned using a courier, ensuring the full amount of goods and taking care to receive a shipping number to allow shipment tracking. Intes Spa will not be liable for reimbursement or compensation for products shipped by the Customer but which have never been received by Intes Spa due to loss, theft or damage that are not attributable to it.
