Thread structure
In order to avoid premature deterioration of the rubber’s coating, INTES covers all its rubber with premium yarn, ensuring the best elastic performance.
The secret behind INTES success is the selection of premium raw materials, which enable us to manufacture a final product that satisfies our customers standards and expectations.
In order to avoid premature deterioration of the rubber’s coating, INTES covers all its rubber with premium yarn, ensuring the best elastic performance.
The whole range of products developed by INTES SPA is produced with natural vulcanized rubber threads made of 90% (or more) of natural latex.
Till today, the natural rubber used by INTES is the best elastic component that can be found on the market, which is one of the secrets behind our 50 years success.
Together with the rubber, INTES uses polypropylene thread in the production of elastic belts. Why? Polypropylene thread offers the highest resistance to chemical agents and tolerates temperature changes between +5°C and +50°C.
This material resists to aqueous solutions containing salts and acids. Since it’s a Thermoplastic Propylene Polymer, this type of thread is water repellent and resistant to stain, mould and bacteria. Furthermore, Polypropylene is a very light, non-toxic and odorless material.
All the raw materials purchased by INTES undergo a severe and professional quality check following the highest standards.
The rubber’s dynamicity is continuously examined via an ultimate generation dynamometer and specific elasticity checks are pursued throughout the whole production phase, managed by a tailor made software.
The optimisation of the production chain can be traced back to our founder’s mechanical engineering experience. A legacy that distinguishes us till today.
Thanks to our specific management procedures we provide each customer with the most comprehensive and efficient logistics and we guarantee a reliable information service that includes order confirmation, delivery timing, quantities and transparent costs.
